Narrator
Dialogue is narrated whenever the dialogue region changes. The name region is shown above the line when present, but isn't required for narration. Raise Stable polls if the OCR catches mid-typewriter text.

Nothing to download was found on that page.
Some sites build the video link in your browser the moment you press play, so it isn't in the page for Hearth to find. Two ways round it:
Cookies for this site
Easiest: sign in to the site in Hearth's Browser tab — rips use its cookies automatically. If that will not work, sign in with your own browser, open DevTools → Network, right-click any request to the site → Copy as cURL, and paste it here. A cookie-editor export, a cookies.txt or a Cookie header work too.
After a video downloads, ask a vision model whether the sampled frames match the described content. Possible ads or wrong content are flagged for review; saved videos are kept. Use the per-video content check to request a repair. Off by default; uses your daily check budget.
When the fixer’s cheap model gives up or its pick fails, retry once with a stronger model before declaring the rip unfixable. Uses the same key.
AI identified these performers. Select which to add:
The tagger's notes
The tagger
Looks each video up on ThePornDB by its fingerprint, reads its frames with the AI, and waits for your review before anything is saved.
The tagger
How densely should the AI sample ?
More frames cover long videos and compilations better. The first scan at a given density extracts the frames (~¼s each); re-scans reuse them instantly.

Retry sends a failed rip back to the shelf it was meant for.
Hearth reads installed games straight from Steam's local files (zero setup). To also list games you own but haven't installed, paste a free Steam Web API key + your SteamID below.
Your Steam profile and "Game details" privacy must be set to Public for the API to return your owned games. Leave both fields blank to see installed games only.
When Steam itself doesn't host cover art for a game (older releases, demos, age-gated titles), Hearth can pull community art from SteamGridDB. Paste your free API key below, then click "Backfill missing art" in the Steam sidebar.

If you have Steam libraries on other drives that auto-detect misses, paste their paths here (one per line). Each path should be the folder that contains steamapps/.

The folder Hearth scans for games.
Higher-quality covers from IGDB. Create a Twitch dev app at dev.twitch.tv/console/apps.
On this device, Play can open games in HearthStream, Hearth's full-quality streaming client — real controller, its own clean stream session — instead of the in-browser player. The easy way is the Hearth app, which brings HearthStream with it. In a browser it needs the one-time Moonlight helper on this machine. The Hearth app brings HearthStream with it: nothing to install, and it pairs itself on the first Play.

The bar a tile wears when you point at it, and the plate its name sits on. Every tile wears the one you pick here. Randomize each tile gives every tile its own instead — each keeps the rail it drew. Also on any tile's right-click menu, under Title bar style.
Every shelf carries a search bar that narrows the tiles as you type, without covering them. Ctrl+K lands in it, and a second press opens Find — the palette over the shelf that searches titles, stars, tags, series and sorts. Switch this off to search with Find alone. This device only.
Strip versions/platform suffixes from folders. Collisions get nested under a shared parent. Art, tags, notes, and links are preserved.
List old versions of games with multiple installs. Folders with in-folder saves are flagged.
Fetch each game's F95 thread title and extract the version (e.g. v0.5.9). Requires F95 URLs.
F95 hides download links behind login. Log in once and Hearth captures your session cookie. Re-run if it stops working.
One pass over your whole library: finds source links for games that have none, and verifies the links games already have. High-confidence matches and safe URL clean-ups apply automatically; anything uncertain is listed for you to review. Safe to re-run.
Match games against the F95 sitemap and fill in thread URLs. Safe to re-run — only fills missing entries.
Search itch.io for each game title (~1/sec). Only fills missing entries.
Wipes Windows traces of games marked Private — Search, Recent, Jump Lists, Control Panel, Steam VDFs. Use a game's detail page or Steam tile lock button to mark Private.
Flags new appmanifest_*.acf as Private on sight. Next scrub wipes traces.

Hearth will sweep your PC for traces of every game in your library — Recent, Jump Lists, MUICache, UserAssist, Steam VDFs, Control Panel entries, etc. — then show you what it found, grouped by game. You pick which to wipe.
Server-side Steam profile playtime is not affected — set your Steam profile's Game Details to Private for that.
Walks every Windows trace location and matches against your library. Read-only — nothing is modified.
Each row is a game with traces still on disk. Check the games you want wiped — the scrubber only touches what's checked. Marks persist for the scheduled task. Items needing admin (HKLM, Prefetch, BAM, ProgramData) are red — enable Aggressive on the next step to include them.
The scrub wipes traces — the games themselves are still on disk.

Cheat Engine in reverse. Snapshot your save now → play in-game and do the thing you want to track (e.g. take 1 damage, earn 100 gold) → save in-game → click Compare. Hearth shows what changed. Label with AI guesses what each changed value represents.
Every time you write a save, Hearth creates a timestamped .hearth-backup-*.bak next to it. Restore one here. Restoring also backs up the current save first, so it's never destructive.
Describe what you want. The AI sees your save + the game's data file names. It returns a JSON patch — you preview before applying.
Raw decoded save JSON. Useful for debugging when the structured tabs don't show what you expect — every game's save shape can vary slightly.

Every rip is written to E:\Hearth\rip-log.jsonl before it starts. Rips cut off by a restart re-queue themselves; real failures wait here for Retry.
Which connection Hearth's downloads and lookups leave through, site by site. When a site refuses a VPN exit, Hearth tries the next one and remembers what worked.
Sites you sign in to as yourself. VPN first; your home line only when every VPN exit refuses.
Trusted bulk hosts that skip the VPN for speed. They always use your home line.
Every other site stays on the VPN exits and never uses your home line.
Lists are saved to E:\Hearth\egress.json and apply to the next request. A fallback is kept for 6 h, then the VPN is tried again.

Games you're waiting on. Hearth re-checks each watch link every few hours — the moment a build appears it downloads and installs it for you, and Home celebrates the release.
